Your global community for live and interactive photography classes

Thanks for introducing me to the inspiring work of such amazing photographers and helping me find my own voice as a photographer. It was really helpful to hear your thoughts on pictures and how you see and perceive certain images. Your passion for the art of photography really inspired me and the relaxed atmosphere you create within the classes, as well as your way of offering feedback, made it easy to follow and to share one’s own work. I learned a lot and I got some more direction on where I want to go with my photography, and the discussions made me think about the way I want to express myself.  My passion for telling people’s stories through pictures and my fascination for the craft and art of photography deepened with this class.

I must say that I really, really enjoyed — and benefited from — Edward’s InDesign class! Not only did I learn how to use InDesign, but I also received feedback to help me continue working on my book projects. Over the past year I have learned that participating with other image makers is an essential part of my photography practice. I particularly like the way Strudelmedia classes combine valuable skills with individual attention.  

The lighting class was excellent. Gianni is both a great photographer and a great teacher. He made what can be a complicated subject understandable. Gianni helped me see where I was making mistakes and helped me understand how to fix them. Thank you so much Anja, and Gianni for this class. I am no longer scared of speedlights, and I feel like I just got a bunch of cool new tools that I can’t wait to try out.  

I want to thank you for this amazing class! I learned so much that I can put to use right awayas well as things that I know I can use later. Your expertise was shared with such clarity and patience — you made the many tools feel so accessible. Watching you walk through the process was so helpful during class and especially when rewatching the steps afterwards — and your handouts are amazing!

Daura and Samanta did a wonderful job facilitating this class — they were super prepared for each class and gave us really helpful resources and video tutorials that I referred to multiple times when trying out assignments. I enjoyed learning other methods of alternative processes (although cyanotype is still my favorite).
