What our students say about our teachers
Daura and Samanta were a winning tag team combination of enthusiasm, encouragement about everyone’s work, brainstorming the outcomes of assignments and providing real-time solutions, superb materials, and being well-organized in their presentation. I could go on and on, but I can offer no higher compliment than that they are pros at teaching and sharing.

Thank you Nestor, for a fun and illuminating DIY lighting class. I loved your combined free-wheeling “go for it” approach with the gentle but rigorous critiques. I learned a lot about intentionally “sculpting” with light to create mood and content. I also appreciate your willingness to be vulnerable in showing and talking about your personal work, which meant a lot to me. You created a mini-community of sharing and learning. Muchas gracias!
—Irene (Pennsylvania)
I LOVED Gianni’s lighting class. He is extremely nice and an excellent teacher. He is generous with his time, which is greatly appreciated. I loved the size of the class, and the quality/expertise of the teaching. I learned a lot, and I loved the fact it was an international crowd, with people from all over the world. And, I thought the class was reasonably priced. I was sad that the class ended.
—Gabrielle (San Francisco)
I enjoyed very much the workshop, Marianne is really good, the feedback and her comments helped me a lot in my personal work, I wish I had more classes with her…. this course was a breath of fresh air.
